Lab tour with people at Penn State

Research and Education Night

Join housing researchers from across the world for a mix & mingle event with Penn State faculty, staff, and graduate students. More details to be released in late 2019!

Previously, in 2018, this sold out evening began with laboratory tours and a demonstration of the 3D-printing concrete robot that won second place in the NASA 3D-Printed Habitat Challenge to print concrete homes on Mars. The tours and demonstration were followed by a casual networking event that highlighted Penn State graduate student work and included two drinks and hors d’oeuvres at the Hintz Family Alumni Center. Transportation was provided from and back to The Penn Stater at the start of the lab tour and the end of the networking reception. Anyone who attended any of the PHRC Conference Week events (PHRC Housing Conference, RBDCC) was invited to attend.

Date: Tentatively on Tuesday, March 4, 2020
Time: TBA
Location: TBA
Cost: TBA
Transportation: Provided from and back to The Penn Stater
