The Uniform Construction Code Review and Advisory Council (RAC) is tasked with reviewing the latest triennial code issued by the International Code Council. Following their review the Council is required to submit a report to the secretary of PA Department of Labor & Industry specifying each code revision that is to be adopted as part of the Uniform Construction Code. The rules that define how the RAC is able to adopt building codes have created a difficult and confusing process for the housing industry.

In this webinar we will discuss the regulatory background of the RAC and the code review process that is currently being undertaken by the RAC. The process has several opportunities for industry input, and this session will outline and explain how to take advantage of those opportunities.
