2025 PHRC Housing Conference registration is open

Early bird registration is open through January 14 for the 2025 PHRC Housing Conference. The conference will be held on March 26-27 at The Central Hotel & Conference Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with two full days of educational panels, talks, exhibits and events. The annual PHRC Housing Conference brings together all sectors of the housing industry to highlight best practices, regulation and innovation.

The conference will kick off with keynote speakers Dorothy Gerring, Pennsylvania College of Technology; Dina Snider, Strada LLC; & Rob Gladfelter, Simone Collins Landscape Architecture, presenting Universal Design & Visitability in Our Homes from the Curb to the Closet on Wednesday, March 26. 

Wednesday’s “Networking on the Exhibit Floor” event will offer opportunities for attendees to network and enjoy exhibits from product manufacturers, suppliers and professional services.

PHRC Housing Conference presentations are by invited speakers, with a focus on providing practical information and updates on issues of interest to residential construction industry professionals. Up to 12 continuing education credits are available for this conference through the American Institute of Architects, the International Code Council, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, as well as for Pennsylvania engineers for their professional development hours and for landscape architecture clock hours.
