Registration

  1. If I have a discount code for registration as a PHRC member, where do I enter this? During the online registration process through Cvent, you will be prompted to enter your discount code before final payment. Multiple discount codes cannot be combined.
  2. At previous conferences, there was a specific rate for being a PBA member. How do I access that rate this year? Contact your local builders association for your discount code.
  3. Will I receive a confirmation email after registering? Yes, you should receive an email confirming your registration after you have completed the process through Cvent.
  4. Can I modify my registration after I have received confirmation? Yes, contact Tracy Dorman, tsd5@psu.edu, for more information.
  5. Can I register still on Monday, March 1? Yes, you can register; however, an additional $20 fee will be added to late registrations.
  6. What is the cancellation policy? Unless otherwise noted, individual cancellation charges will be in effect as follows:
    • Greater than 15 days - full refund.
    • 15 days or less - no refund issued.

Conference Logistics

  1. Where does the online conference take place? The PHRC Housing Conference website will be emailed to registered attendees a week before the event.
  2. When does the online conference take place? The PHRC Housing Conference is on March 3 and 4. All times listed are Eastern Time Zone (ET).
  3. How do I view each individual conference session? Click on the session link to connect to the sessions via Zoom. Make sure that you have the latest version of Zoom downloaded prior to the event.
  4. What time do conference activities start? The first session for each day will be available via Zoom at 9:30am EST.
  5. What time do conference educational activities end? Conference educational activities will be completed by 4:30pm EST each day. Please check the appropriate agenda to verify the schedule.
  6. How will I be notified of any changes in the conference schedule? Attendees will be notified of changes via the email address provided during the registration process. Changes will also be posted to the PHRC Housing Conference website.

General

  1. What types of continuing education are available? Typically, continuing education is available in the form of PA Department of Labor & Industry Contact Hours, PDH’s for PA engineers, AIA hours for architects, NARI CEU’s, and ICC contact hours. Check each individual session for approved hours. The PHRC Housing Conference is also approved for continuing education reimbursement under the PA Weatherization Assistance Program.
  2. How much continuing education will be available? There will be up to 10 hours of continuing education available for attending the full conference.
  3. How and when will I receive my certificate for continuing education? Certificates for continuing education will be sent via email after the conference.

Other Events

  1. What is the Happy Hour? Connect at the end of Day 1 (Wednesday, 4:45- 5:45pm EST) at the PHRC Housing Conference to network online with attendees, speakers, and the PHRC team. Grab a snack and your favorite drink for a casual unwind at the end of the day. Attendees will network through a Zoom meeting with Breakout Rooms available for engaging conversations on a variety of topics.
  2. How do I register for the Happy Hour? Attendees will have the opportunity to register for Happy Hour during the online conference registration process through Cvent if registering for a 2-Day Registration or 1-Day Wednesday Registration. 
  3. Is there an additional cost for Happy Hour? No, there is no additional cost!

  1. How do I sponsor the conference? Sponsorship information is available here! If you have sponsorship questions, contact Rachel, rjf5092@psu.edu
  2. I am a PHRC Member. How do I utilize my membership benefits for sponsorship? If applicable, you should have received a discount code from Tracy Dorman to enter at registration for a conference sponsorships discount. Discounts for conference sponsorships include $800 for a Platinum member, $300 off for a Gold member, and $100 off for a Silver member. Multiple discount codes cannot be combined. If you have PHRC Membership discount questions, contact Tracy, tsd5@psu.edu.
