On-Demand Courses

In addition to live webinars for continuing education, the PHRC offers on-demand courses to assist residential construction industry professionals in meeting ongoing continuing education requirements. Upon completion of all course requirements, you will be able to download your continuing education certificate.

The on-demand courses are available through Penn State Extension. If you have difficulty registering for a course, technical issues therein, or need to access your certificate, view the Penn State Extension Help Center for troubleshooting.

Expected Courses in 2023-24

  • Stay tuned as these are announced in fall 2023!

Course pricing varies upon the length of the course and applicable continuing education credits available. Check the specific course webpage for its cost.

Continuing Education Credits

Depending on the topic, each course is eligible for continuing education credit with one or more of the following groups: AIA, ICC, PA L&I, and NARI. Many courses are also appropriate content for Pennsylvania licensed engineer PDHs. When appropriate, we will obtain preapproval for the webinar with the appropriate entities for continuing education credits, specifically AIA, ICC, and NARI. The webpage for each course will list the available continuing education credit opportunities. Be sure to review the specific course’s available continuing education credits to confirm. Regardless of the stated available continuing education credit, it is ultimately up to the individual to determine whether or not the webinar is appropriate to claim credit with a specific organization. Note: AIA learning units are pre-approved, but it is your responsibilty to report your credits to AIA upon completion.
